In recent decades the global rich poor gap has increased to an unthinkable point of inequality. As such there now appears many issues and policy areas in the filed of International Development. In this era of globalization such a topic involves and effects every area of policy research from public health to ecomonic reform to natioanl security. The subgroup of International Developmnet as part of the Center on Business and Economy will examine the effects of the Breton Woods Organizations and other international organizations on developing economies, as well as the policies indiviual states and actors.
